How to Prepare Flower Herbal Tea
Ingredients:

1–2 teaspoons of dried flower petals

1 cup (8 oz) of hot water (just below boiling, ~190–200°F or 88–93°C)

Optional: honey or lemon
Instructions:

Measure the Flowers
Use about 1–2 teaspoons of dried flowers per cup for your herbal infusion. -
Boil the Water
Bring fresh water to a near-boil (avoid a rolling boil to preserve delicate oils in the flowers). -
Steep
Place the flowers in a teapot, cup, or infuser. Pour hot water over them and cover. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes, or longer depending on how strong you want it. -
Strain and Serve
Strain out the flowers and pour into your cup. Add honey, lemon, or other flavorings if desired. -
